Description
A golf course with a total par significantly less than that of a typical 18-hole course. Two main types exist; a '9 hole course' has only 9 holes instead of 18 (typically producing a par score of between 34-36), and can be played either once for a short game, or twice fo a full round. A 'par-3' course has either 9 or 18 holes, and has only par-3 holes, with no par-4's or par-5's like a normal course wuld have (so the total par for the 18 holes would be 54 instead of the typical 68-72)
With 89 years of true dedication, the Mexico Country Club has been referred to as the best 9 hole golf course in the state of Missouri. It is set in a challenging 18 hole formate offering cumbersome negotiation of mature oak trees, towering pine trees, lay-ups to ditches, and challenging lies that will soon make you feel the ingenuity of this challenging & rewarding private golf course.
