The Lodge of Four Seasons

50 Years and Still Making History

The Lodge of Four Seasons is still making history. It remains the longest privately held, owned and operated full-service resort in the state of Missouri. The Lodge began as a vision in 1964 and in June 2014 The Lodge of Four Seasons will celebrate 50 years in the hospitality business.

The esteemed resort has undergone extensive changes and renovations over the years and its position as a top golf resort is unequalled. Over the past several decades, the resort has played a significant role in establishing The Lake of the Ozarks as a major golf destination. The Lodge golf courses include The Cove, the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. signature golf course as well as the Ken Kavanaugh designed, The Ridge.

Also, The Lodge of Four Seasons is the only resort at the Lake of the Ozarks to offer access to The Club at Porto Cima. The Jack Nicklaus signature private member only course has several holes that follow the Lake of the Ozarks and is consistently ranked in the top three courses in the state.

The Lodge boasts one the largest marinas on The Lake of the Ozarks and offers complete services including mooring, for nearly any watercraft on the lake. With boat and personal watercraft rentals and a repair and service department, it is the finest full service marina on the lake. Year round rental slips are available and marina members enjoy all the amenities of the resort.

The Lodge has also established itself as the home of one of the Midwest's top spa facilities. Spa Shiki, means 'Four Seasons' in Japanese. The spa has been recognized as the top spa in the Midwest as well as the recipient of numerous other awards and recognition. The spa offers massages, body treatments, facials, and salon treatments as well as fitness, center steam sauna and whirlpool.

The Lodge offers a variety of accommodation options, including 359 guest rooms including 36 two-bedroom Avila Suites. It has over 30 meeting rooms and exhibition spaces, including its 20,000 square foot exhibit hall for a total of 65,000 square feet of flexible conference and event space. After your stay in this fantastic facility, you will understand why The Lodge is recognized by many meeting planners as truly exceptional service and facilities.

One of the unique features of The Lodge of Four Seasons is the Japanese Garden which borders a large, cloverleaf shaped pool. Designed by Hollywood set designer Buffy Murai, the Japanese Gardens consists of lush gardens, a koi pond, and an indoor waterfall. Murai is well known for his work at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens in Alabama.

Whether in a ballroom, on a rooftop, at a beach, or in the Japanese Gardens the Lodge is the ideal location for the perfect wedding. The staff will meet every need you may have and help you stay stress-free for this important event.

The Lodge is located in central Missouri's Lake of the Ozarks approximately two and a half hours between St. Louis and Kansas City, and one hour south of Columbia, Mo. For more information, visit www.4seasonsresort.com or call (800) 843-5253.
